We've worked with them for years and one time part of a shipment was damaged in transit and a few pieces had manufacture flaws.  WITH NO HESITATION they asked me the Qty. and send them a photo and the Immediately Re Manufactured the Damaged qty. and sent it FedEx at their expense.  They in my opinion are the Best Custom Box Maker in the world and have done countless complimentary Designs for me to try and win orders.  We didn''t get them all but they gave me 10000% Effort.
