This sample was a complete failure and did not match the product we paid for. I strongly warn other buyers to avoid this supplier. 1. Supplier Used Cheaper, Incorrect Materials: Our order was for a premium box made with 1500gsm chipboard. The sample we received was made from a flimsy, substandard 1200gsm board. This is a fraudulent bait-and-switch.  2. Extremely Poor Workmanship: The hot foil stamping, a key premium feature, was so poorly applied that it was flaking and peeling off straight out of the package. 3. Arrived Severely Damaged: On top of the other failures, the box was so poorly constructed or packed that it arrived severely warped, creased, and misaligned. When we presented these critical, objective failures to the supplier, they dismissed our concerns and refused to issue a refund. This manufacturer is unprofessional, dishonest about their materials, and delivers a defective product.
